कविता ने तुम्हारा कितना ख़्याल रक्खा है
कि हर एक शब्द को सँभाल रक्खा है
स्वर उठे तो नाज़ बने,व्यंजन उठे तो नखरे
हर वर्तनी को करीने से देख-भाल रक्खा है
हर मिसरे में घुल जाता है लावण्य तुम्हारा
हर्फ़ों में छुपा मतलब क्या कमाल रक्खा है
जो जवाब निकल के आए दिल से तुम्हारे
मैंने खोज-खोज के वही सवाल रक्खा है
क्या अलंकार,क्या रस और क्या श्रृंगार
हुश्न के हर सलीके को निकाल रक्खा है
